Welcome to Trillion Direct (“Website”). By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not subscribe.

Monthly content is licensed to you for a one month period to be used during that month (not indefinitely). You may not re-sell any assets or content we provide you with as a part of your plan. We do not offer refunds on months for which you have already paid and received content. In subscribing, you agree to hold Trillion Direct harmless for any positive or negative feedback you receive from your customers and followers as a result of content posted or distributed. The services and products by Trillion Direct are sold “as-is”. The maximum liability of Trillion Direct to client for damages for any and all causes whatsoever (and client’s maximum remedy) shall be limited to the amount paid to Trillion Direct by the client minus Trillion Direct Expenses.

Marketing Essentials Plan

Our Marketing Essentials Plans is month-to-month. You may cancel at anytime by simply emailing support@trillion-direct.com and requesting cancellation. This plan does NOT include:

• distribution (posting content or sending emails on your behalf using your accounts)
• custom post or graphic edit requests
• additional supplemental graphics or content beyond what is included in the package
• educational training on how to set-up or use social media or email management softwares
• communicating with your customers (ex: email, direct messages)
• engaging with your content (likes, comments, shares etc)

Managed Marketing Plan

Our Marketing Marketing Plans is month-to-month after a minimum three month commitment. You may cancel at anytime after three months by simply emailing support@trillion-direct.com and requesting cancellation. This plan does not include

• custom post or graphic edit requests
• additional supplemental graphics or content beyond what is included in the package
• educational training on how to set-up or use social media or email management softwares
• communicating with your customers (ex: email, direct messages)
• engaging with your content (likes, comments, shares etc)

When providing your phone number, you agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Trillion Direct. Message frequency varies.
